About The author
His story
G.R.Lockley is a dedicated author born in the elements of northern Canada.
His story began as a dream — one that transformed into a novel exploring faith and meaning in a journey we all face. Like John Bunyan, whose dreams shaped the story “The Pilgrim’s Progress”, and inspired by writers like CSLewis, he believes fiction matters because it allows exploration to reveal truth in a deeper way than conversation can. He invites readers into both the story and themselves. His standalone novel “Little Blue Gems” marks the beginning of his own creativity, offering readers something both familiar and entirely new — a fresh exploration of faith and meaning for today.
Whether he was walking through a snowstorm with ice forming on his nose just to play a game of hockey, or fighting forest fires with a river of snakes fleeing past his feet, or winter camping under the stars at -33°C, G.R.Lockley is no stranger to adventure, and has many authentic stories to share from his experiences. He continues to love the peace nature offers and, ironically, the harsh winters as well — providing there is a fireplace and a warm drink at the end of the day.
“The goal of my novels are to bring the reader into a wonderful world of adventure and lift them up, and give them courage for whatever they may be going through. My hope is that my stories become more than mere fiction, but a strengthening of their inner character.” –G.R.Lockley
